Money Masters took its start in 1996 as SBP authorized Money Changers with the opening of our first branch in Karachi as a proprietorship firm. Over the period since the inception, we have added more branches in our network to provide easy access to our clients.
The proprietor firm was converted into a partnership firm in 2001 as the business and its volume had grown gradually. The firm remained in the business till the eve of June 30, 2004 as the State Bank of Pakistan had already advised the SBP authorized money changers to convert their business in to Private Limited Company with the name and style of M/s Money Masters Currency Exchange Company-B” (Pvt.) Ltd having head office and main branch at 07 – Ground Floor, Business Avenue, 26-A, Block – 6, PECHS, Main Sharah-e-Faisal, Karachi.
In a significant development under the drive of State Bank Of Pakistan, all existing exchange companies of category “B” were to be abolished after 30th September 2023.
Therefore, Money Masters Currency Exchange Company (Pvt.) Ltd. underwent a major upgrade by not only converting into a full fledged exchange company under fresh SBP license No.52 dated 19th November 2024 but also enhancing our scope of business and expansion of our branch network from the four branches in Karachi to more branches in Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Bahawalpur, Multan and Lahore etc. in near future.
Apart from servicing our clientele in the metropolis we are also operating our currency exchange network at Jinnah International Airport, Karachi.
